Green photo advisory: Senator welcomes Michigan Association of Firearms Retailers President Glenn Duncan to state capital

LANSING, Mich.—State Sen. Mike Green, R-Mayville, listens to testimony from Glenn Duncan, president of the Michigan Association of Firearms Retailers and owner of Duncan’s Outdoor Shop in Bay City during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday. Duncan spoke in favor of Senate Bills 760-762, which would change the definition of a pistol from 30 inches to 26 inches, bringing Michigan in line with federal regulations.

The bill received unanimous support from the Senate Judiciary Committee and will be reported to the full Senate for a vote in the near future.
